If you provide a neighbor referral, we may collect that person’s name and phone number. Only provide a referral’s information when they have agreed to be contacted.

If you pay an invoice online, payment information is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. We may receive payment status and transaction details needed to manage the invoice; we do not ask you to send full payment-card details through the quote form or text message.

Our website may use browser session storage to remember a referral or campaign source and may receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
