Website requests and estimates

Submitting a quote or service request does not by itself confirm an appointment. B&B Grounds reviews the property and requested work, confirms the scope and price, and assigns the final service date and arrival window. Any change to a quoted price or scope requires customer acceptance before the changed work is booked.

Standard lawn-maintenance requests are biweekly, approximately every 14 days, unless you actively select ONE TIME. Standalone landscaping or property projects are not automatically recurring. The complete service terms are in the B&B Grounds Service Agreement and the accepted quote.

Service changes and cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice before the confirmed service window to cancel or reschedule. Less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service price, as described in the Service Agreement. B&B Grounds may reschedule for rain, unsafe ground conditions, or other service issues and will notify you; B&B-initiated postponements carry no cancellation fee.

A $35 dog-waste fee applies when dog waste is present in areas requiring maintenance, as described in the Service Agreement. Payment is due upon completion unless different terms are approved in writing.

Text-message program

If you check the optional text-message consent box on our quote form, B&B Grounds may send messages about your service request, follow-ups, and a review or referral invitation. Messages may also include appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, schedule changes, and payment or invoice notifications related to your service.

• Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of requesting or purchasing service.
• Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
